I was like an extra hand to the teacher; I made copies, was able to work one-on-one with students, helped with DRA's, taught small lessons, and more.
Best Aspect
Interacting with the students both one-on-one and in a class was wonderful. I also talked to other teachers about the teaching process and being a teacher.
I was able to observe paramedics during a call, watched what they did to help the patient, listened to what they asked the patient, and did what they asked me so I could help them with the patient.
Best Aspect
I learned from the ALS techs how I can be of better assistance to them and observed other basics skills on call.
